Silent Auction and Raffle Baskets
We are planning to have DPAC performances, dinner dates, family fun, and special in-school experiences, First in Carpool, front row seating at select student performances, and more up for auction in the Media Center during Carnival.
Gather items for Hilburn's Annual Silent Auction
PTA is collecting donated items to auction at Carnival on April 20, 2018. We are looking for items and services to be auctioned off that day -- A piece of art, tickets to a game or concert, gift certificates for products or services, etc.
Do you or someone you know have something that we can include in the Silent Auction? Do you want to help speak to area businesses and solicit donations? All proceeds from the Auction support PTA programs at Hilburn.

Each grade level can build a basket of donated goodies to be raffled at the Carnival. Elementary Room Parents have been asked to coordinate this program for each grade. Look for sign ups in your weekly classroom newsletter.
Silent Auction Donors
The silent auction will start online and a link will be posted when as soon as it's ready, well before the night of April 20, so you can get your bids in early.
